Research-Use Purchase Agreement

By checking the agreement box and continuing toward checkout, you affirm the statements below for every item in your cart. If you cannot truthfully make each statement, do not proceed.

1. Buyer qualifications and authority

I am at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and am purchasing solely for legitimate, lawful, nonclinical laboratory research. I have the training, facilities, authorization, and safety procedures needed to handle the materials appropriately. If purchasing for an organization, I am authorized to act for it.

2. Prohibited uses

I will not ingest, inject, apply, administer, or otherwise use these products in or on any person or animal. I will not use them for self-experimentation, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, weight management, bodybuilding, or other personal health or performance purposes. I will not supply or transfer them to anyone for those purposes.

3. Research materials are not medicines

I understand these products are not being sold as medicines, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or sterile preparations for administration. Product descriptions, analytical reports, label purity statements, serial checks, and other site content do not establish safety, effectiveness, sterility, or suitability for human or animal use. No such suitability is promised.

4. Handling, storage, and lawful use

I am responsible for independently evaluating suitability for my lawful laboratory work and for appropriate protective equipment, secure storage, handling, and disposal. I will follow applicable laws, institutional requirements, and relevant safety information. I will not ask Big Boy Gains for personal-use dosing or administration advice.

5. Shipping, returns, and damaged deliveries

I have read the Shipping & Returns policy. Shipping is free through USPS to all 50 U.S. states from Tucson, Arizona, with typical delivery of 3–5 business days. International shipping is not offered. I must verify the delivery address before purchase; it cannot be changed after shipment. Research peptide purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

For a damaged delivery, I must email bigboygainz520@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery, with detailed pictures of the shipping packaging, Big Boy Gains packaging, and damaged item; my full name; delivery address; and original order number. The subject must be “Damaged Order - [Order Number]”, with my actual order number substituted.

6. Responsibility for prohibited use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I accept responsibility for consequences caused by my prohibited use, unsafe handling, unlawful transfer, or materially false statements about my intended use or qualifications. Big Boy Gains does not authorize prohibited use. This provision does not excuse Big Boy Gains from its own legal duties or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Acceptance records and order review

Big Boy Gains records the agreement version, server timestamp, cart contents and prices, and a random session identifier when I submit acceptance. Any eventual order must be linked to its applicable acceptance record. This acknowledgment does not verify my credentials or mean that an order has been accepted. Big Boy Gains may request further information or decline a purchase that is inconsistent with research-only use.

8. Rights preserved

This agreement does not waive nonwaivable statutory rights or override applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Any future material change requires presentation of the revised agreement before a new purchase.
